A Busy Sunday
Hello! It is I Baar with another update.
Baar had lots of fun on Sunday. Emily and Baar went back to the dogpark and Joe came also!
Baar must have been a very good boy to get to go to the dogpark again. Baar loves it there. There is so much space to run and play. It was great fun. Baar played with many dogs and Otis the bloodhound came back! We wrestled and ran around. Baar ran and ran and even chased about with a couple of Boxers. After the dogpark it was time for another bath at Gone to the Dogs. Baar does not like baths but Emily and Joe were so impressed by what a good boy Baar was. Baar hopes that he will stay clean enough to avoid another bath next week.
Baar met a new friend! Brutus, the handsome golden retriever that belongs to Emily's sister Danielle. Brutus is rather old - past 11 so he does not like to play with Baar. However Baar and Brutus visit and sniff and stand by each other. Brutus liked his bath - he likes anything that involves his mommy Danielle. Here is a picture of Brutus with Danielle. Baar's bath was $18.95 and he had his nail's clipped for $7.00. We also bought a different kind of brush for $6.00. Melanie please do not reimburse for this one. The SAFE program shouldn't have to use funds because I'm being anal retentive about Baar being clean. - Emily

Baar - Tell your foster mom that although she is anal retentive, I still like her a lot!

Baar will tell her. Baar doesn't understand what this obsession with Baar being clean is about. It's not like Emily's house is anywhere near spotless. Don't tell her Baar said that though - Baar had to type this himself so that she wouldn't see it! Baar IS SMART Enid!
