A New Friend
Hello! It is I, Baar to tell you about my latest friend! This weekend Corkey came with Beth and Tony just to play with Baar! Corkey pretended that he did not like Baar by growling and barring his teeth but do not worry, Baar knew he did not mean it!
Corkey is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and was raised by Joe. He has lived with Beth and Tony for years and loves to play fetch! Tony and Beth were worried at first that Corkey would not have a good time with Baar. But Baar knew he would! Baar loves it when Corkey plays fetch because Baar gets to run with him. Once Corkey figured out that Baar didn't want his ball or stick, Corkey did not growl as much. Ok, once in a while he still did - the big kidder!
Corkey played fetch for so long that even Baar got tired! At the end Baar just ran a little ways and then came back. Corkey is so much fun! We both had busy bones after we settled down.
Baar hopes that Corkey will come to play again very soon. Oh, and Corkey wanted to know if next time Baar and Corkey can have burgers and chips and salsa to!
