Melanie Visits!

Hello! It is I Baar. My friend Melanie from SAFE came to visit Baar on Wed. It was so nice to see her! Baar loves Melanie - she is so much fun and she helped Baar so much! It was very exciting when she came over. Baar had trouble settling down but Baar was so good. Melanie said that she will even come back soon to give Baar heartguard treats! Melanie is the BEST even though she is Enid's attorney. Baar does not mind - he has his own.

Baar hasn't been training Emily and Joe as much over the last couple of days. They've been tired as some other things are going on. Baar has continued getting Emily and Joe to feed him and take him for walks by sitting. Baar also gets the door to behave by staying until Baar is told it's ok to go outside! See Enid, Baar is very smart. Baar has also been spending treat time in the crate.

Baar loves sleeping downstairs. Here is a photo of Baar relaxing. Isn't Baar handsome? Everyone thinks so. Baar was going to visit VGS today but he had to go in the crate instead. Poor Baar :-( Emily said maybe next week. Baar would really like to see his friends Linda and Pam again!

Baar is so good at protecting Emily and the house. When noises happen at night Baar goes and checks them out and if someone comes over unexpectedly Baar barks ferociously. Baar has decided that Joe is not so much of a threat anymore. The other night Baar did not mind when Joe took the remote from Emily (everyone knows men get the remote - silly Emily). But when we are outside and Baar hears something Baar stands in front of Emily in guard mode. Here is a picture of Baar doing just that. Baar heard a suspicious noise in the backyard.
